This major Foundation initiative supports women who are creating measurable change through nonprofit leadership, community impact, and entrepreneurship.

More Than a Check

Transformational ideas require more than inspiration. They need resources, relationships, strategy, and visibility.


The Iconic Impact Grant Program is designed to surround selected women with an award experience that may include financial support, mentorship, strategic guidance, visibility opportunities, and access to a powerful community committed to helping their work grow.


The exact award package, eligibility requirements, and annual timeline will be announced for each grant cycle.

Impact Leader Grant

Supporting a woman leading a nonprofit, community organization, initiative, or movement that is creating measurable positive change.


This grant is designed for leaders who can clearly articulate the need they are addressing, demonstrate meaningful community impact, and show how additional funding and strategic support will help deepen or expand their work.

Emerging Founder Grant

Supporting a female entrepreneur building a promising business with a bold vision, meaningful growth potential, and a commitment to creating impact.


This grant is designed for founders who are actively building, can demonstrate a clear market or community need, and are ready to use funding, guidance, and visibility to reach their next meaningful milestone.

Capital + Connections + Coaching + Visibility

Each grant cycle will identify the exact benefits available to recipients.
The intended award experience includes:

  • A cash grant to move a defined priority forward

  • Strategic mentorship and guidance

  • Leadership or business development support

  • Visibility and storytelling opportunities

  • Introductions and community connections

  • Recognition through the Foundation and Iconic Impact platform

  • Follow-up support and outcomes measurement

Each recipient will leave with actionable next steps, strategic recommendations, and a customized roadmap designed to help accelerate her impact, influence, and long-term success.​

What to Expect

1. Interest List — Join the list to receive grant-cycle announcements.


2. Application — Eligible applicants submit information about their vision, work, outcomes, and proposed use of funds.


3. Review — A designated grant review committee evaluates applications using published criteria and conflict-of-interest safeguards.


4. Selection — Finalists or recipients may be asked for additional information, references, or an interview.


5. Award + Support — Recipients receive the approved award package and participate in follow-up storytelling and outcomes reporting.

Selection Process

Applications will be reviewed by a panel of respected community leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals who share a commitment to empowering women and advancing meaningful impact.


The review committee will evaluate applicants based on impact, vision, leadership, growth potential, and alignment with the values of the She Believed She Could™ movement.
